3 User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5 AI-Generated Content

- You are ultimately responsible for all messages sent through your connected pages
- You should review and customize the AI's system prompt to align with your business needs
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content
6 Orders & Transactions
When the AI processes orders on your behalf:
- You are responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through the system
- Product information, pricing, and availability must be kept up to date
- We are not responsible for any disputes between you and your customers
- Delivery and payment handling are your responsibility
7 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models integration, and branding, is the property of Insaf AI. You retain ownership of your own content, products, and customer data. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
8 Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
