1 What Data We Store

When you use Insaf AI, we store the following types of data:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and password (hashed)
• Facebook/Social Page Data: Page ID, Page Name, and Page Access Token
• Message Data: Customer messages received and AI responses sent through your connected pages
• Product Data: Products you add to your catalog (names, images, prices, etc.)
• Order Data: Customer orders processed through the AI agent
• AI Settings: System prompts, bot configurations, and preferences

2 How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using any of these methods:

3 What Happens After Deletion

Once your deletion request is processed:

• Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed
• All connected Facebook/social media page data will be disconnected and erased
• All stored messages and conversation history will be deleted
• All product catalog data and order history will be removed
• AI configuration, system prompts, and bot settings will be erased

⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

4 Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

In some cases, we may retain certain data for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention). Any retained data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
